- Has anyone else noticed...?
- I'm getting a 'checkerboard' effect on horizontal lines that form the
- edges of objects (squares, cubes, letters,etc.). This wavering anamoly
- only affects object edges that are oriented along a horizontal plane. The
- effect has a height of one pixel and width determined by the width of the
- object.
- It appears to be more pronounced on the upper edges as opposed to lower
- edges of the objects. (Lights are all coming from above?)
- Granted it is only noticable when you look really close, but is disturbing
- none the less. Have checked IRE values, they are all legal. As well when I
- view the anim. in component, they are gone. It appears as if this function
- is only related to a composite signal. Could it be a function of
- anti-aliasing? Or could it be that somethingis funky with my system.
- I'm running a 4000W40,LW3.5 to a par.
- Any inqueries or comments are surely welcome. Thanks to all!
